Terms of Use

These terms apply when a family uses Castlebury Center of Exploration. A parent or guardian should guide younger children and choose any external links they visit.

Family learning use

Families and educators may use the Center for personal, family, and classroom learning. Written permission from Castlebury Books is required for resale, commercial distribution, or publication of the Center or its content.

Castlebury stories and artwork

Castlebury Books owns or controls the Castlebury stories, characters, names, artwork, recordings, activities, and presentation in the Center. The Center grants families access to enjoy this material through the website.

Saved coloring pictures

Families may save, print, and share pictures they create in Coloring Studio for personal, family, and classroom use. Castlebury characters and source artwork remain Castlebury Books content.

Learning and exploration

The Center provides stories, educational activities, and general learning information. Adults remain responsible for real-world travel, navigation, water safety, wildlife encounters, and decisions based on outside source material.

Progress and offline files

The Center stores progress and offline files in the browser on the device. Browser settings control removal of those records. The Privacy Policy explains these practices.

External sources

Some learning cards link to government agencies, parks, and other source websites. Each external website applies its own terms and privacy practices.

Updates

Castlebury Books may revise the Center, its activities, and these terms as the family experience grows. The date below identifies the current terms.
